Good morning my friend, may God be with you on this beautiful day. Smile because peace, joy and happiness is all around. But before you start your day, don't forget to put on your holy crown. Enjoy this day because the holy spirit is in control. My friend have a peaceful day.

Congrats on the 2 weeks ... baby steps ... we can't do it all in 1 day or so ... took some of us a very long time to get here ... some never make it! Hope and pray that you stay around!

Right now..

Somebody is caring about you.

Somebody hopes you aren't in trouble

Somebody is praying for you.

Somebody wants you to be happy

Somebody loves you.

Somebody IS him/her

Somebody hopes you're not too cold, and not too hot

Somebody wants to be your shoulder to cry on.

Somebody wants you to believe in yourself and know he/she believes in you

Somebody wants you to know that you are a part of him/her...no matter how far or close you may be...

Somebody is helping you without your knowledge

Somebody misses you more than you know

A little bit yes but i went four days sober and sliped up last nite...so im still strugeling but like everyone said it will come to me when i finaly hit bottom

Oh my goodness I hve had more slip ups than anyone!  BUT, what has happened is I have learnt from them, learnt more about myself, more about my triggers, more about lots of things, and its really helped!

I am not sure about the rock bottom thing, I was at rock bottom, but still I kept slipping, albeit not seriously.  I think its such a hard thing to battle that we make mistakes, we keep trying it out to see if we can cling on to our old friend alcohol, but in time we learn we cant.

Please read my own blogs on relapses, it might help you to understand that you are not alone in this, and others make mistakes!

Are you managing to get to any meetings?  Or read any AA stuff?
