Hey sweetie! Wish I had a suggestion to offer you (as I don't have a sponsor, nor am I a sponsee), but it seems that Dennis and Keith do!

Is your sponsee done with their 4th step? I have 4th step work sheets that could help. If you're talking about the 5th step, praying and listening, and asking simple questions is the best you could do
God Bless

Not sure what your asking.

If your doing your 4th step, and have just started to sponsor someone, good for you. Make sure you work the steps with your sponsor, and you are ahead of your sponsee.

As I read things, you have 2 years and are a part of the "We" that the Big Book talks about. You have the experience of 2 years and your life to share with your sponsee.

As sponsor, your job is to first listen and then share. Keep your sponsee focused on the steps, particularly step 1 and full acceptance, and be honest with the sponsee. Like parents, sponsees need a sponsor; friendship may or may not come, recovery from a life threatening illness is what it's about!

If I can help, let me know. I have some written stuff I'll gladly share with you!

luv

Well mostly it is listening-( hopefully you have done your step work thoroughly)

helping make connections, occasionally asking pertinent questions-Before you even begin prayers are important....Nia
