I am seeing new things every day, some good, some not so good. Life still sucks at times, but I don't drug over it. My wife still loves me (sometimes I wonder why). But Darn it - it is finally good to be really alive. undecided, unsure and wondering; All i have to do is don't pick up .I want it - one day at a time,and share my feelings I'm sure that I'll be o.k.

Drinking and drugging may make things 'feel' better temporarily but as my ex used to say - in the morning the condition (whatever is making life suck) is still there and now you have a hangover to boot! One day at a time - just keep going - one day at a time. :)

That's what it is all about. Life can suck all it wants, I just don't let it suck me down with it.

It sounds as if you wife is like mine - and no, I don't have a clue either - she keeps saying she loves me....

The indecision and unsureness should eventually go away. As I got more sobriety and changed my ways of doing things (eventually everything), I began to actually see the promises come true.

But I pray I never lose the sense of wonder. Every day holds the fantastic possibility of new and wonderful things to learn and people to meet. Best of all - by the grace of God I get to do it sober.

Keep it up - it sounds as if you are well on your way to being more than OK...
