This 5th step thing

I thought self-esteem was a character defect and someone made it clear to me that it is not.

You have no idea how angry and furious and rageful i am right now that it is not and now i have to do so much more work it is just angering meeeeeeeee so much....

I am not smart enough to memorize all these friggen character defects and try and fit them with my 4th step resentments and match them up and eliminate the garbage, godarnnit..... Im just so angry cuz its so hard and I AM PISSED I NEED POINTERS ON HOW TO DO THIS STUPID THING.

False pride is a part of self esteem that can be considered a character defect....Nia

     Self-esteem, tempered with humility is not a defect. Self-esteem, carried to extremes is a defect. An overabundance of same, combined with self will often creates a domineering personality. A lack of self esteem gives one the idea that they are useless or can't do anything right. All things in balance, my friend.


     There are many ways to do a forth and we all have our variations on this theme. I is often painful but does not have to be hard. Do what you can, then take it to your sponsor. That is what they are for...

I just recently did these steps, low self-esteem is caharcter defect, low self confidence, self loathing and etc, all are them emotion that was your part beacuse or reation to those thigs and due to the fact have arised. it all pertains to fear and ego.read pgs 58-76 in the BB and read steps 4-7in h 12&12.always when take step seven, make sure you have amde amends too.  One done, BURN your invetory, keep amends list and what part your played aon your rentments ansy again the 7th step prayer.
