Getting In Your Own Way. Do You??

 A Thought:
Limited expectations yield only limited results.

Our thoughts determine our actions, and when our thoughts are negative, our successes are few. What we hold in our mind is certain to be reflected in the day's activities. And we are capable of fueling our thoughts positively, if we choose to.
Positive self-assessment and uplifting pep talks can become habitual if our desire to live up to our potential is great enough. The expectations we privately harbor, be they small or far-reaching, will set the pace for the progress we make today, and every day. And great support helps.
We can greet a challenge with eager anticipation when we've grown accustomed to believing in our capability for success. First, we must expect to handle, with poise, whatever confronts us.
No one but me determines my course today. My success begins in my mind.

Those who know me and work with me know that I honestly believe many are there own worst enemy. And in most cases, it starts with lousy self-esteem and attitude. I genuinely believe that if you look at life through anis, all you see is excrement (and you can easily figure out how I said it!).

So what ever you have to do, put yourself out there, learn to believe in you, and grab the gold ring of life. It’s there for the taking if you know how and commit to positive action. You’ll see a far better and brighter world, filled with the successes you deserve!

Your Choice, stay out of your own way!!

I am finding that I am always in my own way. I am still working on the pep talks, really they are just counting sessions right now, counting until I calm down, but the pep talk part is coming, I might need a little guidance there.

It all boils down to these famous words...."If you think you can, you can. And if you think you can't, you're right." I have always found much truth in these words.

All I know is that my life is expanding. When I do get out of my own way, things seem to fall quietly into place.
