Been where you are twice first after 10 years...relapsed out a year, returned managed another 11, been in and out ever since. Glad you're here. meetings are my lifeline. Hope you go back asap. it is not a failure if you learn from it. Relapse prevention takes diligence and the ability to identify your warning signals. keep it close. review it often. Never forget.
