Here I am almost a week w/o a drink, a pill or a joint! Yesterday was pretty bad .. I was running around very aggitated! I was looking for any excuse to pick up or use - finally I aclled a friend that's been sober for 8 years and she talked me through it. This is such a baffeling disease. I can't even begin to count how many times I've tried to get sober ... all's I can do is pray that I stay sober today. One Day at a time .. and sometimes .. it's moment by moment. I want to thank all my new friends for your support - it's greatly appreciated. God Bless!
