I used to have to find safe time for writing, phone calls- -privacy in general.
I started getting up earlier & earlier- until I had enough space.
I also began trying to tell people around me "Not to look over my shoulder, please" and leaving it just like that- no explanations- it is hard, like learning to say "No" sometimes-
This is a great place for support. The only way to do this is to become willing. The rest will work itself through. Glad you are here. I found this place by mistake 2 years ago and haven't left yet, it's my 12th step and I love it!
