In case you are wondering, my quoted age is my most probable past life age.

I have had some past lives before that and if i could establish my birth dates

in those they would make me older.

This is also for any Georgian speakers who may be reading - a rather unlikely

probability at this time.   Hopefully this list will connect also to Saqartvelo.

Dear Readers:

I say I am still working on Step One.   To practise  (at least saying it will help):  I admit that I am powerless over alcohol and that my life has become unmanageable as a result.   For step two I would have to say the power greater than my-self is the collective unconscious - whatever we may call it.   I am believing that this could help restore me to sanity.   This is similiar to Carl Jung's psychology.   The collective unconscious has the individual, planetary,  solar,  galactic, meta-galactic,  Ecka,  Eckasha,  Eckasha A,  Eckasha Aah,  Ah'yah'RhU COS'MO'sa,  Ah'yah'RhU Cos'MA'yah, and Ah'yah'RhU Ah'YA aspects/or levels.   I know these last two sound like sporty names,  but they do represent the ultimate truth that will not change even when we reach the furthest Galactic Quasar.

It is now about 61 hours and am happy about my progress.    I know I shouldn't be too happy because it will only take one drink to go back to where I was before.   I know, I should be following the twelve steps.   To review these are (It is very difficult to committ all of them to rote memory but just quoting them here should help):

The 12 Steps

1: We admitted we were powerless over alcohol--that our lives had become unmanageable. 
2: Came to believe that a Power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity. 
3: Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God as we understood Him. 
4: Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves. 
5: Admitted to God, to ourselves and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs. 
6: Were entirely ready to have God remove all these defects of character. 
7: Humbly asked Him to remove our shortcomings. 
8: Made a list of all persons we had harmed, and became willing to make amends to them all. 
9: Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others. 
10: Continued to take personal inventory and when we were wrong promptly admitted it. 
11: Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God, as we understood Him, praying only for knowledge of His will for us and the power to carry that out. 
12: Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we tried to carry this message to alcoholics, and to practice these principles in all our affairs.

I realize the importance of keeping a diary here - as that will help with my progress.

MORE THOUGHTS ON POSSIBILITY OF SPACE-DUST RETURN:

For some of us our codes or genetic history might be such that Space-Dust

return is unavoidable.   If any of us think such is possible and

unavoidable for our-selves then praying to the Ah'Jhu'Na orbs

for remembrance in case such space-dust return should occurr

should be done.   They will remember the past cycle for us when

we return possibly without remembering the previous cycle.   The

only thing is if we can think all these things then Space-Dust

return is probably avoidable and not un-avoidable.    I am only

saying these things to people who are not in the knowing loop

excluded from the capitalist system and cannot exist without

money and sales of products.   This is at present a tragedy

that cannot be avoided but still we have 220 years before the

unavoidable return to Space-Dust of our Solar System does

occurr for those who have not yet be evacuated out either

through the Bardo Process or SLIDE.

Dear ADDICTION RECOVERY GROUP:

     Today is success.   I resisted the temptation to buy that bottle

of Campari at the most tempting time - New Years Eve .   I know now

that resisting buying Italian Liquor is going to be easier for the rest

of the year and the next great time of temptation will be New Years

Eve to New Years Day 2011/11B7(12).

      I did the New Years Eve 5 Km Run Race and achieved a time of

26 minutes and 45 seconds which is at least a 10% improvement over

my previous time for the 5 Km. 

      My comment to those people who don't want to hear about

Galaxy-Universal

history is that "Ignorance is Bliss - but if we don't really know and what

to do about it is that Ignorance may also lead to Oblivion or Space-Dust

return and then we would return to God-Source without remembering" 

To me that is absolutely unallowable.

Dear Group:

     I have made a decision not to buy that bottle of Campari for New Years Eve and to run

the 5 Km road race instead and hopefully get under 30 minutes with a good effort.

     I just know that one bottle of Campari will lead to many more bottles of liquor and

wine and many more drunk periods so I made the resolution to stay sober over New

Years Eve and New Years Day despite what Metatrona tries to tell me to do!
