As addicts we know that relapse starts long before we actually pick up and use, we also know that relapse is part of addiction and not part of recovery, so when an addict is living in the illusion of recovery relapse is inevitable.
As addicts we know life is why we used, so without healthy coping mechanisms for life where do we turn, back to the only reality we have ever known but have never understood, dope! If you are wondering why this post, its here to make addicts think and hopefully stop something from happening that has the potential to be very costly. Do you see what I see?

Fear can be your worst enemy or your best friend you must decide,IMO I see a lot of fear through avoidance,since you got clean is fear in charge of your recovery or are you? Relapse is the reality of avoidance, avoidance is a result of fear. Are you willing to let fear rob you of your recovery and your life?
