Hi my name is Vicky. I am a stay at home mother of two beautiful and amazing children. I drink way too much and am scared. I limit my drinking to after 7pm so my kids don't see me with a buzz. I am ashamed and embarrassed. I need to stop. I come from a long line of alcoholics so I shouldn't be surprised that I am one, but I am. I always thought I had a handle on my drinking but I am losing my grip and need some help, I think.
