Ask For It God, Universal Energy, Super consciousness, Divine Will, or whatever you wish to call IT, manifests in wonderful and often miraculous ways. The trick is to be fearless in your quest for attainment and trust that your every true need is being sustained in ways that are most beneficial to your own path of enlightenment. Let the Power flow through you and your needs will be met. Sometimes it's as simple as just asking.
Take time to Think. It is the source of Power. Take time to Play. It is the secret of perpetual Youth. Take time to be Friendly. It is the road to Happiness. Take time to Work. It is the price of Success. Take time to Pray. It is the greatest Power on Earth. Take time to Love and be Loved. It is the way of God.
God is on your side. God has a stake in you. God is not someone to reach for but a Presence to accept. Instead of dwelling on how difficult things are for you, turn often to the center of your being and relax in the assurance that you are God's living enterprise and that your good fortune is secure because it is God's good pleasure to give it to you.
After Sobriety People tend to think of you the way you were, long after you've changed. Sooner or later, however, the sober mind shows through and people begin to observe and gravitate towards it. Sobriety attracts. When your are truly sober, you will attract others who find that being around you is safe and, at the same time, invigorating.
12. Don't attend meetings or belong to a home group. 11. Never say anything in meetings, wait until you are outside. 10. Sit in the back and have side conversations with your friends. 9. Find fault in all officers, committees and other volunteers. 8. Vote to do everything and then go home and do nothing. 7. Get all you can, but never give back anything in return. 6. Never serve as an officer or on a committee. 5. Let the basket pass you by, without contributing. 4. Talk about co-operation, but never act cooperatively. 3. When asked to help, always reply that you haven't the time or say you have time and not show up. 2. Never do any more than you have to. 1. Always complain about the mess others are making of our fellowship and their service efforts and tell everyone how much better you could do it.
I drove to a meeting today. I didn’t become angry Or yell in traffic. Now there’s a miracle I shook hands with 20 people at that meeting. I looked them in the eye. Now there’s a miracle. I listened to there troubles and ideas. I didn’t try to have all the answers. Now there’s a miracle. I stayed afterwards to help rearrange the chairs. A member invited me around the corner for coffee. Now there’s a miracle. I accepted. That’s a miracle too. Expect miracles and you will be amazed.
