Not sure how much activity this site or forum gets, but I am interested in checking it out.  Let me know by responding, thanks!

I think this site is somewhat new. But I've only just started looking at it, so I'm new too. I am many decades free of pot abuse, and 1-1/2 years free of all alcohol and drugs. Sugar, that's different matter!!! I'd have to say that my sweetie and chocolate cake are the two I can't kick.

My sweetie, my wife, is in the 2nd week of not her first in-patient recovery. Spent an intense Saturday yesterday in 4 "family day" programs with and without her. It is like a lense that intensely brings everything into sharp relief, and like a magnifying glass in how the energy is intensely transfered among us. Can't stop thinking about all the interchanges and faces and posibilities.

I'm a grateful Al-Anon and Dharma practitioner.

Hi I am new here as well, I do use marijuana for my illness with the support of my doctor.  I havent been using tho because of lack of availability and Its so dangerous.  I am hoping for our state to make it legal for medical purposes.  I can do without it however, I dont eat with all the pain I am in. I have pain meds but I cant function while on them.  So the plant is what helps the most.  I havent used in several months and am handling it ok i guess.  I hope this doesnt break any rules here by me saying this.  if so i am sorry. you can get ahold of me any time u need to talk.

I am struggling so badly with no marijuana. It's worse than craving benzos, booze, and the opiates I was using. It's literally all I think about. I'm so depressed being off all these meds. I am only 9 days sober from booze, 13 from opiates, and 15 for marijuana.

I just relapased on benzos tonight because I wanted weed so badly. I am prescribed them, of course, but I took 6 pills of my xanax when only prescribed 4 (1mg) per day. And it truly was because I so badly wanted weed.

How long before the marijuana cravings cease? I feel worse every day without it.... I feel desperate.
