Animals are so sweet and childlike.  It is hard to ignore the love they give us so freely.  Even when we feel like crap they are there to lift our spirits.  They do it so effortlessly and so incredibly well.

The biggest cat I have might possibly be the sweetest.  He could take my face off with his massive paws, but is so amazingly gentle.  He loves unconditionally much like a child.  Even when I annoy or hurt him, he bites so very gently just enough to let me know that he has had enough.

We could learn a lot from the way our pets treat us.

I don't know what I'd do with out my "kids"--3 dogs and a cat.  They have been there when it was just me and my HP.

I HAVE 3 BEAUTIFUL DOGS ALL SIBERIAN HUSKIES. THEY HAVE SEEN ME AT MY WORST AND AT MY BEST. I AM COMING UP ON MY 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF BEING CLEAN(MARCH 7). MY DOGS AS WITH ANY I THINK ARE SUCH FORGIVING I OFTEN WONDER WHY HUMANS CAN`T BE THAT WAY

i love my babies...i have a pit bull and two small dogs and i don't think my life would be the same without them. i am a dog lover because they have an unconditional love for their owners that is real special. i could have the worst day ever and all i have to do is look at my babies and they make me smile kinda hard to be in a bad mood when you get licked in the face...lol...

Yup yup....you hit the nail on the head.  One thing about dogs is they're so loyal they love you no matter what.  My dog is ALWAYS so excited to see me when I walk through the door after a long day at work, plus he gives unconditional love.  Who can ask for more than that.  And all he wants in return is love, excercise and food.  Not much compared to all the joy he's given this recovering alcoholic!  Thanks for letting me share
