A Good day
Posted On 09/16/2008 15:58:53 by Isiah491421
Today turned out to be a wonderful day. I was working at the shop the other side of town. This shop is much busier than the other one, and the clientele is much rougher. The people who come here are the poor and down-trodden, the street drunks and junkies, the dispossessed - there are many very unpleasant smells which we combat by burning sweet smelling Indian incense, in a little urn by the door.

Experience-A Teacher?

Experience-A Teacher?     We Live Several Lives In One Lifetime!   Funny, remembering back to when I stopped my primary addiction, and in working with others, I am often reminded of the “using” dreams that occur after we give something up! I was struggling with someth... Read More

Can You Relate? You are the hero of your life. This statement is the foundation behind my journey and a new life (now 14 years and counting) and the true fundamental principal that drives my coaching practice. YOU MUST BE THE HERO OF YOUR OWN LIFE. Coaching can help you find that hero!

Each of us plays the starring role in the drama that is our life. We co-create the script along with our Higher Power. Sometimes we forget our lines, and so we improvise as best we can. We... Read More

Priceless...
Posted On 09/15/2008 05:20:03 by Isiah491421
You find true joy
and happiness in life
when you give
and give
and go on giving
and never count the cost.

Many times in life I tried to give and I did, until I felt I wasn't getting anything back. Then I would become hurt and resentful, my mind would sing its sad, mournful and familiar refrain of "Its not fair...why do I always have to make the first move?" Then I would stop giving, and suffer the pain of what I felt was being with-held from me. Fertile ground for self... Read More
