Are Written Goals Important?   To me, the simple answer to this question is yes. The complex answer, another yes! In both my recovery to a more abundant and joyous life, and my reaching fulfilling work (and golf results), goal setting is a key. If I don’t have targets, write them down, and measure against them, how will I benchmark progress?    We we're shopping for our home group supplies yesterday and  as we are checking, out my friend gets tapped on the shoulder by a teen she hasn't seen at our meeting in a few monthes. so, i was driving home from school and i am in my car which i just got the $150 to get a store to install a sterio and it broke 3 weeks. the arm brok and i went to the store and they said i broke it and they would not be able to get money from the warrenty cause it would not be covered. so my first thought was to call my old dealer and tell him i needed a hot sterio and just go pick one up for 30$....i didnt, i called another addict and i told him of what i was thinking and he told me dont you d... This has been me for 2 weeks. It is not that I have not wanted to get out, I just can't. It is like running into a brick wall and falling back.
