I was strongly blessed and empowered to be in a healing group today that talked about guilt and shame and the difference between the two---so very healthy in staying away from relapse by healing from the shame (the "I made a mistake" of healthy guilt, as opposed to the "I AM A MISTAKE" of shame...and so many other shame based things we tell ourselves daily and believe....)
