My condo has been on the market for 23 days. Yesterday I got my first offer. Because they want to close at the end of the month, I almost jumped on the offer as it was. Instead, I decided to make a counteroffer. It turned out that they can’t afford to go any higher and so I took the offer. I put my condo on the market 4 days ago and last night someone went to see it last night. I haven’t heard anything, but I didn’t necessarily expect to hear anything either.
