Hi everyone, I am melting from the heat and the humidity. I didn't sleep well and I can't quench my thirst. I wish the weather would break. I didn't do so good with eating last night. before bed I had 4 pb&j sandwiches and chips and 4 granola bars. My blood sugar this morning was 443 because I never bothered to take any insulin. This morning I got up at 8 and loaded up on insulin to bring me back down. I've got to really watch things or I'm going to have a bad crash... Read More
