My most recent self destruction of choice was gambling. I am unemployed, had no business losing thousands of dollars, but there I was, doing it anyway. I believe I was trying to punish myself.

Prior to this chapter, I have tried to accomplish this with booze. Right now that problem is not as pressing so I will focus on the gambling with the help of GA.

I had a breakthrough today, after five weeks of abstaining, and now I realize there is much to be done that I was unaware of. You might say I saw step one in a different light, and it feels very good. I'll be back.

Would like to figure out what I like.
