Hi all.. long time no write.. been on a personal train-wreck...close family member died and I did ok for about 4 days after...then it hit.. (my day 32) hey beer sounds good...and so it did for about 2 weeks .. now I am back on day uno.. feel strong and full of help from everyone here..
