Your profile contains the information about you like your birthdate, sobriety date, interests and so forth. You may have set some of these when you first became a member. But after you become a member and want to change any of these things you can do the following.

1. Log in from the Home page
2. Click the "MY ACCOUNT" menu item on the upper right of the light blue menu near the top of the page
3. On the menu under that with the tabs, click on the "SETTINGS" tab.
4. You should now see a page with 4 options - "Account Settings", "Profile Settings", "Profile Picture" and "Design My Profile". If you want to set things like sobriety date, birthdate, location and so forth, you can click on "Account Settings". For things like job, interests, addiction and so forth, you can click on the "Profile Settings".

Just a note on your sobriety date and birthdate. These are in Day/Month/Year format, so be careful about that. Also, it is easy to get the sobriety date and birthdate mixed up. The sobriety date goes up to 2006, but the birthdate only goes up to 1991 (you should be at least 16 to be a member).
