Hi everyone. Im Missy and I'm an alchoholic/addict. I recently spent some time inpatient in a detox center and now im working on meetings and steps and Im looking for all the support of others that i can get! Im also here to help anyone else that I can.

Right On Sister! Welcome, I am new here too, and it is nice to know that there is support just about everywhere, and even for us computer users too.

Congratulations on taking the first steps on your road to being clean and sober. It took me a very long time to finally get this going in my life, and though it is not always that easy, it is way easier than using, and more gratifying that drinking, which I never really liked anyhow.

I tend to focus on kindness towards myself, and others, and this makes many aspects of my life better.

And then sometimes I just need to go to an open space and cuss like a trucker that slammed his thumb in the door!
