With the new Feb. 2008 site upgrade, by default you will not receive email notifications when someone puts a comment on your profile or sends you a message. If you would like to receive email notifications, then you can do the following.
1. Login
2. Click on the "MY ACCOUNT" tab on the top menu
3. Click on the "SETTINGS" tab on the menu beneath the top menu
4. Click the "Account Settings" link.
5. Check the boxes on this page for the items that you want to receive email notifications about. The options include the following.
- Comments posted
- New Mail Messages
- New Encouragements
- New Forum Replies
- New Friend Requests
6. Save your changes by clicking the "Save Account Settings" button on the bottom of the page.
You should receive email notices at your posted E-mail address according to which check boxes that you have checked.
