I am trying to be God's man, someone who follows without question the things that He wants for my life. In that vein, the Good Lord has seen fit to give me a thorn in the flesh, so to speak, to keep me reliant on Him in all things. I also feel that He has created me with this weakness so that in victory I might proclaim His glory and grace.
I've been having a rough time of it lately, having quit my job to concentrate on college full-time after 6 years in the Air Force. My fiance, God love her, has been standing by me for nearly 4 years now through thick and thin, and it's high time I started seriously working on becoming the man God wants me to be, and that she and I both deserve to live with.
I've tried many of the local 12-step meetings, but the trouble with sexual addiction is that most of the sponsors you might find can be flaky at best.. so I'm here to seek accountability from a wider community. Hope springs eternal!
