I have climbed and skied in Greenland, Arctic Norway and the Alps and I seriously thought tha when I stopped drinking my life would be dull,grey and boring! - Mental Illness or what!

I'm a recovering alcoholic who has been lucky enough to see my children grow up in a family where drink plays a normal part and Dad is sober. I now work as an addictions therapist and that is my way of trying to give something back
