My name is chantell im 19 years old, and im a recovering meth addict.. I moved away from my home town of 18 years to Iowa to start over agian, while recovery is going alot better then it would in my home town some days are harder than others. I didnt go to rehab or even N A but some days i wish i had. Other than that I lucky to be alive and i know that so Im the type now that trys not letting the little stuff get to me and having fun with my new life. My family, friends, and dogs mean the world to me.. with out them I wouldnt havent anything in this world :)

When Im not at school or my real job, you can find me litterally sitting in a dog kennel with a dog, at the animal shelter.. I started helping with the shelter as soon as I got to Iowa and its been a real big part of my revovery, sounds funny but...



This dog pulled me out of everything, and I saved some what of this life I could for him coming to the shelter torn apart from being used as a bait dog..
