Turns out that I have another sinus infection that is causing me to be dizzy and sleepy. He gave me a good antibiotic so hopefully it will be gone soon.
When I have a sinus infection, it really gets me down in the dumps with depression and low energy. It is like coming into the sunshine to know that I am physically sick and that I can be better soon!
I need to get my head around losing weight. It is like I am denial about my body all the time. I don't even relate to it.
