as of today, i have 13 days clean of pills - ocs, perks, watever - and im more happy 2day than ever b4. somedays are hard, with emotions and stress, and triggers.... but i am ready to move on... its either that or i will die.. again.. 8 OD's already... i just need sum support, especially when i cant get to meetings... thanks 2 all...  xoxo  KEM

Welcome- yes, share ! and work it in 24 hour increments- sometimes less!

I needed to follow one of the 12 step Fellowships and chose AA. Mainly because

alcohol brought me to my bottom. But 'a drug is a drug 'as we say- and I know my

addiction can cross over into many dimensions; so I work to stay clean and sober.
