My Illusion
The stirring in my head
is nothing for the weak
Because in my heart I'm broken
Its relief that I seek.
I wonder what you're thinking
so much I drive myself insane
would give my life in a second
just to hear you wisper my name.
We dont have a future
and our past is dead and gone
yet in my life, in my heart
our love still lives on.
I'm only fooling myself
to think we might have a chance
its the story of my life
nothing more than a solo dance.
But in my dreams its you and I
no one else to play that game
forever will I belong to you
yet I know you dont feel the same.
My feelings will not change
whether its now or forever
in my illusion it remains unchanged
Its you and me together.
