I am feeling some emotions I have not felt in years much less since my sobriety. I am afraid and excited at the same time. I can't wait to figure this one out... I think it is such an awesome deal this program is.

If would not have this program and such a wonderful sponsor to help me through these "life" issues I would be a mess. I would be crazy obsessive. Today I "know" my Higher Power will take care of me.

11/03/2009 23:02:14 It always amazes me how feelings from things that may have happened years ago can seem to spring out of nowhere in recovery. It makes sense though, since we haven't dealt with or felt many feelings from the past and sorted them out. God is with you. And you are never alone. hugs Jessie
