Visualisations are very helpful. Mythical figures, Native American Legends, Wizards, Angels- can really lift us up - move us forward, ground and anchor us!      Nia

So true, there is a "hero" inside all of us. Healthy recovery is finding it, and most of the time help is required!

        THANK U SO................ MUCH!!!! i felt like u were talking to ME . ive been isolating for WHATEVER reason for the past couple of weeks. im in the middle of my 4th step & just shut down --completly. NO i havent picked up, but ive been truly living in the insanity within my own reckage. thank u 4 sharing , when i read it , it made me stop & look at how ive been acting ,still not sure why ive been behaving as such. but ur blog made me look up ,not continue looking down JUST 4 TODAY !!!!!
