You are not paranoid or stupid. They are not being respectful of you or your wishes and that sucks. If they are sneaking or hiding stuff, that sounds like some addict behavior too on their part I have a roommate that does use but she doesn't bring it in the house and is VERY respectful of my decision to be in recovery. I have had a sit down talk with her explaining my story- what it was like, what happened and what it's like now. Have you sat down and told these roommates of yours the story? That might help, it might not, but couldn't hurt to try. Be strong Tracy! You and your sobriety have to always come first before anything!

You are not stupid sweety.
Your a human being. And all humans feel.
You have a right to be uncomfortable.
is it your house?
If so give them the boot. They are NOT real friends if they are doing that to you.

-MisH

MisH,

it is hard to give them the boot...but if that what I need to do I guess I will do it.

Thanks you
lol ^j^

Paranoid, maybe (I know I am regarding my sobriety),  but as Mish says, not stupid at all. If it is your house, it also means your rules. It may not be spring, but don't have to wait for spring to make sure your house is clean - and sober...
Take care,
Dennis

Thanks for the words, Spring Cleaning yes you are right...

Thank You lol
