Before you read any further I want to let you know that if you feel the need for TOUGH LOVE at this point in your life, then read on. This sent chills up and down my spine. This is the true meaning of Let Go and Let God. Letting go is such a hard thing to do, we are so conditioned to handle our own problems, and deal with what comes. But if we truly let go than true peace we shall find.

Have You Been Hurt By A Friend?
Have you been betrayed?
Talked about?
Slandered?
Has someone you trusted caused you so much pain that it brings you to tears and makes your stomach hurt?
Have you been laughed at?
Mocked?
Made fun of?
Misunderstood?
Scoffed?
Belittled?
Hurt?
Are you hurt?
Are you upset and angry?
Mad, BECAUSE after all, YOU don't deserve this?
Someone talking about you, or betraying you can cause some bitter feelings in your heart..
What if your best friend took your husband or your boyfriend?
What if your husband threw away his vows and left you?
What if your mother-in-law speaks against you?
What if women in your church talk about you behind your back?
What if your friends use you?
What if your children disrespect you?
WHAT DO WE DO?
The pain is real.
The sorrow is real.
The grief is evident..
IT HURTS TO BE BETRAYED
It hurts to have someone you thought you could trust, stick a knife in your back..
Your friend..
Your husband,
Your children..
Your family..
IT HURTS!!
Admit that their words hurt.
They cause you to cry.
To doubt your position in Christ..
They cause you to be broken..
IT HURTS ......And Yet............Yet............Yet......
How many times have you turned your back on God?
How many times have you denied His power?
Have you mistaken your loyalty to Him?
How many times have you heard His name mocked, and have not defended Him?
How many times has He wanted to talk to you, yet you have turned away?
How many times have you broken a vow?
Said something mean in His presence?
How many times have you called Him a liar, BY saying, "NO YOU CANNOT HELP ME"!
Have you ever ignored His urging to go to Church?
Have you ever ignored His Plea to help someone out?
Have you ever turned away the needy, the poor, the destitute?
Have you ever hidden that He dwells in you, because you were ashamed of His Gospel?
If you have done any of these things, you have betrayed Him.
You have been a backstabber.
You have been a false friend.
I know that it hurts to have people betray us..
But how many times have we hurt the heart of God?
How many times have we chosen not to forgive, when we know that God requires us to forgive?
Disobedience.
Disobedience hurts God..
Instead of running from God when someone hurts us, we have to run to Him!!
DON'T TALK ABOUT THE ONE WHO HURT YOU!!
Talk about the One who saved you .. Jesus.
Jesus said that "they" hated Him .. Surely they will hate us.
"They" will cause us pain and hurt..
BUT that is "Satan's" plan..
To destroy us by the words of "they".. But is not this a fact?
GREATER IS HE WHO IS IN ME THEN HE WHO IS IN THE WORLD?
Fact or Fiction? Fact. Absolute Fact...
If you allow their bitter words to hurt your heart, then you are a slave to them.
If you allow them to alter your direction, YOU are a slave to them..
NO ONE CAN HURT YOU UNLESS YOU FEEL LIKE WHAT THEY SAY MATTERS!!
Let God show you that it does not matter..
HE IS ALL THAT MATTERS
He is all that is GOOD
MAN will always harm us.
He will always try to destroy us..
BUT WE HAVE AN ADVOCATE WITH THE FATHER CHRIST JESUS..
Interceding on behalf of our pain..
Run to Him when "they" hurt you..
Run to Him when "THEY" cause you pain.. and let Him restore to you, and let Him make recompense..
Don't run to a gossip session.
Don't run to the phone..
Don't run to self defense..
Run to The Shelter of the Almighty God..
Don't allow what "they" say, blow you off of the course God put you on..
YOU PLACE TO MUCH VALUE IN WHAT MAN SAYS!!
If we would place half of that value in what GOD says, we could change the world!!
"They say" is now naysay.. It does not matter.. It makes no difference..
Admit to God that "they" hurt you.
Admit that you want to seek vengeance..
THEN LET THEM GO..
No weapon formed against you shall be able to prosper..
And every LYING tongue that rises against you, YOU shall condemn.
THIS IS YOUR HERITAGE!!!!
Let them Go.
Let them out of the archives of your unforgivenss..
Let them Go..
You are allowing unforgiveness to seep into your heart and cause you greater trouble..
YOU HAVE TO FORGIVE TO BE FORGIVEN!!
Let them Go..
Get it out of you.
It poisons your prayer life.
It destroys your witness.
It gets in your mind.
You feed it and allow it to fester..
LET THEM GO!!
God is your Avenger!!
God is your Defense!!
As long as you continue to defend yourselves, HE CANNOT JUSTIFY YOU!!!
LET THEM GO !
LET GO AND LET GOD
