Gratitude

   I have to thank all of you for the support and encouragement. For including

me in your lives, keeping it 'fresh', for including me in your recovery ! 

Once again Iam turning yet another corner that HP has brought me to with this

fellowship...and I am grateful !

   Anniversarys are secondary birthdays, I wouldn't have one without the

other; in the end it is a gift I trust I will continue to share, One day at a

time ! Blessings, Nia

What a beautiful name. 
Gratitude is one of the cornerstones of my recovery process.  I have been in recovery for @ 15 years(wow it doesn't really seem that long) and i have learned that the more i focus on gratitide and conscious contact with my HP the more comfortable in my own skin I feel.  If I keep the focus on thank you have have no time for why me?s I was into self pity a lot; I could not see a brighter day only the clouds.  Today I choose my attitude- of gratitude and connection with my God.
