Well I am no stranger to this I can assure you. But unless you really study your behavior patterns, it just seems like things are falling around you. I know I have been here many times in my life. I always looked at the glass and it was half empty. Now I can at least say that most days the glass is half full, and for me that is a huge step towards inner peace.
