My Sponsor has 34 years of sobriety and often says, "I go to A.A. to keep from drinking, but I go to Alanon to help me learn how to live." Our heads can spin so much with the results we plan for tomorrow that we forget what to do for a good life today. If we plan to have a devastating partner, $5,000 in the bank, and a new home by this time next year, chances are we will blow it. We know from experience that if we take that... Read More
