I'm really pleased to hear from friends here and also pleased that you all have LIVES to go to.  I suppose when you think about it that is the goal of recovery, to restore us to normality.

ACCEPTANCE- MY KEY TO LIVING
For far too long in my life (40+) years, I had "living issues". I have learned that they evolved, for the most part, with not being able to accept life on life's terms.
To live a life that I am happy in today (and funny enough, others are also happier around me) I had to learn the art of Acceptance and truly learn what to be a little laid back means.
