I am a recovering alcoholic addict. I'm also paranoid schizo, bi-polar, anxiety, and OCD. I've been through alot and still love life it is rough at times but what isworth having you got to put some work in it. Because you will appreciate life more if you take the time and the foot work in it.

I like everything another word I will at least try something once if I don't like it then I won't do it unless my spnosor wants me to because I do follow suggestions today

I don't like people who talk at me thinking that I'm stupid but at the same time I I like that they under estimate me because it is there loss

Hi...hope your having a good weekend.
Keep up the good work, one day a time.  It sounds like you have a great life ahead of you.  Being sober makes it that much more enjoyable, and for me I have to be or else very, very bad things happen!  It took what it took I suppose.  Never give up.  I'm here for you.

Well, I'm glad you feel comfortable talking to me, and I definitely can relate when it comes to the mental aspect or the anxiety I sometimes feel. Being dual diagnoses which I use to think really sucked, but now I am open to it! Being sober helps a great deal, and meds with the intense treatment I get at Cummins. Plus one on one with a therapist once a week. I think it all come together for me though when I got into recovery, and quit using! I'm on the right meds now, and being able to see Trudy today was just awesome. I really miss her, and she's done so much for me. I wish we could still have her here with us. Anyways...take care!
