A place to "give it away" so I can better keep what I got. A forum for discussions. I feel comfortable and am interested in the Spiritual Aspects of my recovery and this is a strong focus of mine. I am not a religious person and do not seek conversion to organized religion. I am however, interested in meeting people on line who have an interest in the spiritual side of life and recovery and would like to trade insights, discuss both the celestial and mundane and generally explore that aspect of themselves with others.

The AWESOME me is that I'm sober 1 year 10 months and 24 days. I start each day with prayers and end the day with prayers. I help others the best that I know how and I'm there for anyone who needs me. I'm a teacher of 20 years and I've given 20 years of ME to others. I survived losing my husband of 16 years because I got sober and he didn't want to. I got sober and went through divorce, and I'm still here. I thank God everyday for keeping me alive when I was hitting bottom. I thank God that my teenager has a good head on her shoulders and she isn't following in my footsteps because she's a independant woman!!

I'VE WALKED THE WALK AND NOW I TALK THE TALK.
I'm here for anyone that needs a shoulder to lean on or an uplifting word. Peace to all.

Tina
