Hello friends in recovery. My name is Pete C. I am an Alcoholic and addict. I've stuck around long enough to see and feel the miracle; I hope you do to. To the newcomer: "Keep coming back;" don't leave five minutes before the miracle happens to you - it will. It was suggested that I go to meetings; get a Big Book (read it), find a sponsor (work the steps) and get a home group (make a commitment). I did what was suggested. I have a few days under my belt now and I help others achieve the same.
