hey baby girl, "this too shall pass" !!! your drug of choice is unknown but sugar, usually works really well when kicking ANY addiction. the best advice i can give you kiddo is eat some chocolate, & get up & go to a meeting NOW... the worst thing for people like US is to sit around & dwell on what we're going through... early in recovery need to consume ourselves with people just like us.. I LOVE YOU   !!!!  stay strong that yucky feeling will pass ,   xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx's (hugs)
