About Yourself
I am Native American lady who has been using for the past 30+yrs of my life. I have been self medicating for the past 15yrs. I suffer with depression and bipolar, anxiety, and Arthritis, and other medical issues.I have 4 sons and 1 daughter. All grown up, but one last son who is 16 yrs of age now. I have been in Sober living for the 3 yrs now. I was married for the past 20 yrs. But, I am now seperated, for good now! I am not looking either???

I like to meet people on the computer for recovery and support purposes. NOT For relationships. I have not ever considered any singles options ever!

Dislike
I dislike fake people who lie and tell you what you want to hear. It's a waste of time to me and them! I don't want anyone to make stories up for my enjoyment or theirs.

Hi Debra:) Geez, so much can happen in a whole month, so I don't know about the month of December, but today I am doing okay, thank you:) I just graduated with my BSW last week, so now comes the next part where I job hunt and/or apply to graduate school. I've been pretty emotional today, but that's okay; that's what happens when drug addicts get sober ;) Heck, that's what happens sometimes when you're human! Jesus IS the reason for the season, and it sometimes saddens me all the hustle and bustle and consumerism that can overshadow that. I will see all my loved ones for Christmas, and that is a gift from God. hugs

Hey Deb, glad to see a fellow recovery sister doing well. I would definitely get a sponsor. Working the steps has helped me a lot. How did you relapse? What happened that led up to it? I ask not just to be nosy, but because it helps me stay sober, knowing what did not work for other people.
