I have recently got into Yoga And into the getting healthy inside and out. Long Walks I'm Looking for my green thumb that is there some where lol. I'm working getting a bike with big handles and big seat on it also.Hearing the birds sing. Attending a wonderful church. The most important Mother hood....Learning and teaching from people also.
I'm a realistic, open minded, fun loveing, human being. I give my back bone to alot of other's it's time now I take it back. I work with it "One day at a time". It has been long haul for my 90 day sobriety.Most biggest i've ever humped over.If it wasn't for my meeting and the people in them I wouldn't had noticed my problems my addictions. The most high has a Giant part also thank you Lord! I'm bright, whitey, beautiful. I have a lovely baby girl and no one can stop us we are in better hands now. There is a storm before the calm. That's o.k. "I accept the things I can not change, COURAGE to change the things i can,and Wisdom to know the difference". There is a light at the end of this tunnel.Now yours yes there's one there too.;0) As for know I can't speak for anyone else. You wanna know more just ask. Judgemental closed minded self centered controling people.That i was so closed minded and in denial.I used to hate spinach but i enjoy it know and grown to love it..
may we take time out this morning to have a moment of silence and prayer for those who courageously gave their lives so that we may be able to live ours today. for those who came home and dealt with the aftermath of war. for those who are still abroad and are unable to be with their loved ones on this day. and let us not forget those who lost their lives in their own personal battle with addiction. as we enjoy our holiday today let us keep in mind that some gave all for us to be able to have that previlege. may we keep their families and loved ones in our thoughts and prayers.
