Thanks for the book info. I'll look for it. I definitely believe in God. My biggest problem is turning it all over to Him - without taking it back. I learned to be independent and now I need to learn to be dependent upon God. It isn't easy.

It's funny - I thought I was just going to race through the first 3 steps. It didn't happen that way. It took time to really admit the problem. Anyway, now that I think I am ready to move on, I decided to tackle some food issues at the same time since much of the work will be the same.

And yes - God is so good. He has plans for us even when we don't believe in Him. He brings us to certain situations and we learn something that we didn't even realize we needed to learn. He draws ua to Himself in ways that we might never dream of. Even when we resist, sometimes it takes longer and hurts more, but eventually, we learn to trust.

Keep believing and trusting and working the steps. God loves you!!!
