Step 1 - I have admitted I am powerless over my addictions - my life has become unmanageable.
Step 2 - Came to believe that a Power greater than myself can restore sanity.
Step 3 - Made a decision to turn my will and my life over to the care of God.
Step 4 - Making a searching and fearless moral inventory of myself.
Step 5 - Admit to God, myself and to another human being the exact nature of my wrongs.
Step 6 - Be entirely ready to have God remove all these defects of character.
Step 7 - Humbly ask God to remove these shortcomings.
Step 8 - Make a list of all persons I have harmed, and become willing to make amends to them all.
Step 9 - Make direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others.
Step 10 - Continue to take personal inventory and when wrong promptly admit it.
Step 11 - Seek through prayer and meditation to improve my conscious contact with God, praying only for knowledge of God's will and the power to carry that out.
Step 12 - Have a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, try to carry this message to other addicts, and to practice these principles in all affairs.
