Vince Gauraldi, The Grateful Dead, and that weird tune in my brain.

Sci-Fi, explosions, cars, T&A. You know, shallow crap.

The Moon is a Harsh Mistress by Robert A. Heinlein.

Pretending to play guitar and writing music on my computer that I don't have the discipline to play.

Well, let's see.
If you're here reading this you already know just about everything there is to know about me that's of any importance.
I am the ultimate authority on everything and hold no responsibility for anything.
Some things of little or no importance are;
I got clean in Texarkana, USA under the name Gene J.
I moved back home to Stillwater, OK to do some Step 9 work in 1991 and have been here ever since. (For the nit-pickers, Perkins is kind of a suburb of Stillwater.)
Step 9 also led me to change my name and I now go by Morgan S. And of course one of my friends pointed out the spelling of Morgan is Big M, little organ. For some reason, I prefer to use the first part as my user name instead of the last.
At any rate, I sponsor a couple of other lunatics, piss off my family by going to too many meetings, and try to avoid accepting more than one service position at a time. I mean, come on! How will the world keep turning if I’m not there to influence every little decision? One of my biggest reasons for getting on this site is because I’m The Old-Timer in my group and some of the newcomers seem to think I’m cured or something.
All smart-ass-isms aside, it’s nice to be here.

Overindulging in meetings, functions, campouts, conventions and (shudder) area service committee meetings.

People who use the Traditions as an excuse to take everybody's inventory like I myself did for many years. The Traditions are not for me to enforce in others, they are for me to enforce in myself.

          Welcome fellow "nazi"!-
no matter how closely I follow and interpret, I vow to always remain teachable, and I know I could learn a thing or two from people who may have more experience.

Thanks!
